Bond advises on the refinancing of a large portfolio of residential assets

The portfolio comprises of over 1,300 units in the social and mid-rental segments across the Netherlands.

The refinancing was provided by ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Handelsbanken.

DM Equity Partners is a Dutch private equity investor with investments in real estate and enterprises. In 2018, DM Equity Partners acquired the portfolio of residential assets from a US investor.
