Bond advises Blauwdruk Investeringen on the financing of supermarket real estate
Bond advised Blauwdruk Investeringen B.V. on the financing of the acquisition of several real estate objects called the ‘Ceres’ portfolio from Garbe Institutional Capital and a separate object from a private investor.
The Ceres portfolio consists of six objects located in medium-sized and large municipalities in the Netherlands. These objects are leased to five supermarkets and house a total of 31 other store units, such as pharmacies and other day shops.
Blauwdruk has entered into this long-term financing with a Dutch bank. Blauwdruk Investeringen manages multiple funds which invest in supermarket real estate and district shopping centres.
