Bond advises Ennatuurlijk with the further investment in geothermal energy through the acquisition of ECW Geoholding
Ennatuurlijk is an independent, sustainable energy company which delivers sustainable geothermal heat and cooling to over 85.000 households and 1.200 companies throughout the Netherlands.
ECW Geoholding B.V. is at the forefront of geothermal energy technology in the Netherlands and is especially active in the regions of Andijk and Middenmeer, but is also developing in other parts of tthe Netherlands.
On this transaction, Bond worked closely with several other (boutique) firms, each on its own expertise. Corporate boutique firm Florent lead the transaction. Bond was especially involved in the unbundling of the financing of ECW Geoholding from the ECW Energy group.
