Bond advises Foruminvest with the financing of the residential tower ‘TwoTwoFive’
In addition to advising Credit Linked Beheer on the financing of Huurwoningen Nederland Fonds, Bond Advocaten now also advises Foruminvest on the financing of the residential tower ‘TwoTwoFive’ (a residential tower). This concerns a long-term financing by Berlin Hyp.
The residential tower ‘TwoTwoFive’ consists of a total of 276 apartments. Both Forum Amstelveen Invest and Huurwoningen Nederland Fonds is the owner of 138 of these apartments. The residential tower at Biesbosch 225 in Amstelveen has recently been completed. Meanwhile all tenants moved into their apartments.
Foruminvest is a developing real estate investor located in Amsterdam with projects in multiple different countries, and in particular in the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. Berlin Hyp is a German pfandbriefbank , actively financing real estate in the Netherlands.
