Bond advises PGGM / PFZW on the financing of Flexdokters

Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn (PFZW) invests 1 million euros in the further development of Flexdokters, to continue working on innovative solutions to keep general practices accessible, personal and future proof.

Flexdokters is a fast-growing cooperative of general practices that started in 2021. At the moment, 47 member practices provide primary health care to more than 150 thousand patients. Flexdokters is a non-profit organisation, focussing on two social goals: keeping practices attractive for general practitioners and continuously improving care.

PFZW (Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn) is a large Dutch pension fund for approximately 3 million (former) employees in the healthcare and wellbeing sector.

On this financing, PGGM acted for PFZW as pension investor.
