Bond advises Vendis Capital and Pink Gellac on the financing of their online platform for gel nail polish
Bond has advised on Rabobank's financing of Pink Gellac, which sells salon-quality nail polish gel to consumers.
Vendis Capital is a European private equity fund with a specific focus on the consumer sector. Pink Gellac is a direct-to-consumer premium nail polish brand with a distinctive colour offering. Since its founding in 2013, the company has grown tremendously, both in the Netherlands and internationally. Building on its online success, Pink Gellac recently opened its first brand store in the Netherlands.
Vendis Capital and Pink Gellac are working together to further accelerate the growth and development of the company, both online and internationally.
