Real estate finance

Bond advises De Vrije Blick Vastgoed Cooperatief on the financing of the Marius residential building in Warmond. It concerns a long-term financing by Berlin Hyp of a residential building in a former seminary.

While preserving the original stylistic characteristics, the building has recently been developed into the Marius residential building. The building consists of 107 rental units, available as apartments, maisonettes and studios. By now, all units have been rented out. The building is located in a park-like area on the former Mariengaerde seminary grounds. The residents of the building have access to communal facilities such as a gym, lounges and a beautiful historical garden.

De Vrije Blick Vastgoed Cooperatief is a real estate investor with a great deal of experience in redeveloping and investing in historic real estate. BerlinHyp is a German pfandbriefbank, actively financing real estate in the Netherlands.
