Bond advises on credit and lease facilities for Worldstream
Bond Advocaten recently advised on the refinancing of Worldstream, a portfolio company of Freshstream. The refinancing included revolving credit and term loan facilities by a Dutch bank, as well as a leasing facility by a Dutch leasing financier.
Worldstream is a Dutch cloud infrastructure provider, based in Naaldwijk, with its own data centers, dedicated servers, 10Tbit/s+ network and cloud infrastructures.
Freshstream Investment Partners is a European private equity fund with branches in London, Amsterdam and Paris. In 2024 Freshstream acquired a majority interest in Worldstream.
