Bond advises Huurwoningen Nederland Fonds on the financing of a residential portfolio by Berlin Hyp
This concerns a long-term financing of EUR 84.4 million by Berlin Hyp of 10 residential buildings with a total lettable floorspace of 30,700 square meters. The buildings are located in several cities and medium-sized municipalities in the Netherlands.
The total of 485 units are newly built and the residential buildings housing those units are therefore awarded energy label A. The financing will therefore qualify for coverage under the Grüne Pfandbriefe regulation.
