Bond Advocaten recently advised This Play Media with the continuation of its new way forward with partly new management and new shareholders.

This Play Media (TPM) is an agency for display advertising offering digital visibility in apps and on mobile websites. TPM aims to further grow with the media of the future. While visibility in flyers and newspapers are under pressure, new opportunities arise for online and mobile media.

The financiering of this way forward is provided by a Dutch private debt investment company which offers customised financing for medium-sized companies within the Netherlands.
