Bond advises a network operator on interest rate swaps in relation to the financing of new projects

Bond advises De Vrije Blick Vastgoed Coöperatief on the financing of 268 apartments in the residential estate Park Boswijk in Doorn. This concerns a long-term financing by BerlinHyp.

Bond advised Blauwdruk Investeringen B.V. on the financing of the acquisition of several real estate objects called the ‘Ceres’ portfolio from Garbe Institutional Capital and a separate object from a private investor.

This concerns the expansion of a long-term financing by Berlin Hyp from EUR 84.4 million to EUR 117.8 million. The portfolio consisting of 10 residential buildings with a total of 485 units of Huurwoningen Nederland Fonds, which was financed by Berlin Hyp, will be expanded with yet another 138 units.

The financing (including a working capital facility) is an essential component of SAA’s growth strategy.

This amendment and expansion will make it possible to further realize Ausnutria's growth ambitions in the high-quality dairy products market. The interest is partly linked to the realisation of certain sustainability targets.
