Bond advised Blauwdruk Investeringen B.V. on the financing of the acquisition of several real estate objects called the ‘Ceres’ portfolio from Garbe Institutional Capital and a separate object from a private investor.

This concerns the expansion of a long-term financing by Berlin Hyp from EUR 84.4 million to EUR 117.8 million. The portfolio consisting of 10 residential buildings with a total of 485 units of Huurwoningen Nederland Fonds, which was financed by Berlin Hyp, will be expanded with yet another 138 units.

The financing (including a working capital facility) is an essential component of SAA’s growth strategy.

This amendment and expansion will make it possible to further realize Ausnutria's growth ambitions in the high-quality dairy products market. The interest is partly linked to the realisation of certain sustainability targets.
