Bond advises Healthcare Specialist SHS Capital with the financing of its investment in CAM Bioceramics
CAM Bioceramics B.V., based in Leiden, the Netherlands, is a leading global manufacturer of innovative calcium phosphate solutions for Medtech and LifeScience applications.
SHS Capital is a private equity fund founded in 1993, which invests in healthcare companies in Europe. The focus of its investments is on expansion financing, shareholder changes and succession situations.
Together with ING Corporate Investments and several other co-investors, the German specialist healthcare investor acquired a majority stake in the company, while the current owners remain significant minority shareholders.
The investment of SHS Capital and ING Corporate Investments enables CAM Bioceramics to accommodate its clients even better and to grow at an accelerated pace.
The debt financing for the investment is provided by a Dutch bank.
