Bond advises on the refinancing of SLTN
Bond Advocaten recently assisted Dutch IT company SLTN on the refinancing of the group
The refinancing of the SLTN-group coincided with the buy-out of ING Corporate Investments as co-shareholder by founder Eugene Tuijnman.
SLTN is a Netherlands based IT-company with over 700 IT-professionals. It serves both local and international clients, including SME, corporate accounts and large enterprises. Expert areas of SLTN are, among others, professional services, digital workplace, business services, datacenter & cloud, AI services, network & IoT, data services, cybersecurity, application services and telecom & domotica.
The financing, which consists of various types of finance, was provided by a Dutch bank and a Dutch fund.
