Bond advises Victus Participations and Perfect Plant Deal on a financing from Rabobank. Victus Participations and Perfect Plant Deal joined forces to conquer the online market for plants and trees in Europe.
Victus Participations is an independent private equity firm, focused exclusively on the Food & Agri sector in the Benelux. Perfect Plant Deal is a fast-growing provider of e-fulfilment solutions on the online market for trees and plants.
From its distribution centre in Bleiswijk, Perfect Plant Deal packs and distributes trees and plants from (local) growers. It currently ships over 10,000 packages per day to customers all over Europe. Consumer demand for online plants and trees is quickly growing (from 10% in 2019 to an expected 35% in the coming years). This investment enables Perfect Plant Deal to further expand its e-commerce activities in Europe.
